It is possible to add your own products, one off sundry items, charges and fees, discounts etc to your bookings using a guest services vendor within your account.
Using A Guest Services Vendor
Items such as cots or breakfast packs which are a set price can be added to the guest services vendor as you would with any other guest service product, please see Guest Services for instructions relating to this.
For things like Paypal or credit card fees that you may charge often but will not be the same amount each time you can create a product but not add rates.
The products you have added will be available to you under the guest services vendor via Add to Package in all bookings.
In the case of products with no rates you can add the rates at the time you Add to Package.
If you do not yet have a guest services vendor on your account please contact us to set this up.
Items added using your guest services vendor will show on the booking on the guest intranet and be included in invoices etc.
You can also use a guest services vendor to add items to an agent booking, these can be added to be charged to the agent or charged to the guest see charge routing for more on this.
