Once account setup is complete you will be able to receive booking requests / inquiries from direct customers.

Booking Channels

Direct customer inquiries can come via:

  • Your website.
  • Media sites such as www.powderhounds.com

Real Time Rates & Availability

The RoomBoss booking engine employs real time rates and availability. Customers can only send an inquiry to you for:

  • Dates that have rates set.
  • Dates that have availability.

Direct Bookings Not Via A RoomBoss Inquiry

For instructions on entering direct bookings that have not come via a RoomBoss inquiry please see the Booking Wizard section on the Confirming A Reservation page.
