Not all invoices are paid on time. RoomBoss provides an easy way to search for bookings with overdue unpaid invoices:
Navigate → Bookings → Search Bookings
You can use the Search by Payment Status tab to find reservations with overdue payments.
According to your booking policy and reservations strategy you may wish to follow up with the agent and /or cancel reservations with overdue payments.
