It is possible to integrate a payment gateway such as PayPal with your RoomBoss account.
Integration with a payment gateway will allow:
- Presentation of pay online links to guests via the customer intranet.
- Guest payment by credit card direct to your gateway account (if permitted by the gateway).
- Invoices paid via the payment gateway to auto update as paid in your RoomBoss account.

Omit Online Payment
If you will not be taking online payments; checking the Omit Online Payment checkbox on this page will prevent the pay online option being presented to your guests on the customer intranet.
