Tasks and Checking for Invoices.
Check for Due Tasks
- Access the Tasks page from under CRM menu.
- Make sure the Due by date is today and the Status is Not Completed and click Show / Refresh.
- Enact tasks for the front desk team.
Check for In house Bookings Not Yet Invoiced
- Access the Search Bookings page under the Bookings menu.
- Choose the Search by Payment Status tab.
- Set From to be yesterday and Until to be today.
- Select The invoiced amount does not equal the sale amount and click Search.
- If you encounter a non-accommodation booking that isn’t part of an accommodation package;
- Open the accommodation booking.
- Click Add To Package then Existing Booking. Enter the non-accommodation booking ID and follow steps.
- Click the Financial tab and add invoice(s) to ensure the booking is fully invoiced with correct due date(s).
Check for In house Bookings with Overdue Invoices
- Access the Search Bookings page under the Bookings menu.
- Choose the Search by Payment Status tab.
- Set From to be yesterday and Until to be today.
- Select Payment Has Not Been Received with due by date yesterday. Click Search.
- If you encounter a non-accommodation booking that isn’t part of an accommodation package:
- Open the accommodation booking.
- Click Add To Package then Existing Booking. Enter the non-accommodation booking ID and follow steps.
- Enact the overdue plan.
