To set-up Checkout Integration:
- Log in to Checkout.com.
- Click the cogwheel on the top right of the page.
- On the left, choose the business name under the account you like to connect to ROOMBOSS.
- Choose ‘Channel Settings’ on the top.
- Click the ‘View’ button inside the ‘Actions’ column.
- At the bottom, you can find your ‘Secret Key’ and ‘Public Key’;
Inside RoomBoss Navigate → Product Setup → Product Details → Policy
You can set a different payment gateway for each vendor under online payments at the bottom of the page.
For each vendor you wish to set this payment method: choose the vendor and enter your ‘Secret Key’ and ‘Public Key’ under Online Payment and click Save.
In order for payments to automatically register in RoomBoss you need to set up the checkout Webhook allowing ROOMBOSS to receive real time payment notifications.
- Inside Checkout.com, continue from the previous setup, click the ‘Edit’ button on the ‘Channel URL’ row.
- Click the ‘Manage’ button on the ‘Webhook’ row.
- Click ‘Add’.
- Click ‘Edit’.
- For ‘Endpoint URL’
- Select https://
- Enter api.roomboss.com/checkoutcomWebhook into the textbox.
- For ‘Events’, select ‘Successful captures’.
- Save and close.

Checkout have restrictions based on the location of business entities, please check if you are eligible to use their services with them.
Make sure your Checkout.com account is configured properly to support the currency in which you wish to receive payment.
