Updates made in June 2016 are:
Changes to Price Adjustments for Multi-day Non Accommodation Products
Instead of applying percentage price adjustments to non accommodation bookings based on the start date of the booking, the cost of the booking is now pro-rated across the days of the booking and adjustments are applied to the days the adjustment and booking overlap. Please see Using Price Adjustments for more.
Financial History Added to Bookings
The new Financial History (which can be viewed at the bottom of the booking’s financials tab) records creations, modifications and deletes of a booking’s invoices and payments. Recorded for each event are the date and time of the change, the details of the invoice/payment after the event and the user who made the change.
User Audit Trail
User making changes now recorded in booking history and notification emails.
Interim Loading Page for Multi Accommodation Search
When accessing the multi accommodation search it is now possible to display an interim page to users while search is completing.
Formatting Tweaks to Guest Intranet and Multi Accommodation Search Widgets
Further improvements to the presentation of the mobile friendly widgets.
New “Segments” View for Allocation Table
It is now possible to see booking segments on the allocation table by choosing segments view. For more on Segments please see Using Booking Segments
New Connection for Data Export to Easy Rent
We have released an new xml to allow export of bookings to Easy Rent from today until a set end date.
Ski School – Long Term Lesson Scheduling
We have added a page to ski school accounts to allow long term instructor scheduling. It is now possible to, chose one (or more) instructors, choose an activity choose a date range and set days of week and time. Activities will be set for the instructors on each of the week days specified over the date range.
