Customer Forms are a time-saving option to assist Agents in purchasing third-party guest services.
Conveying hundreds of guest service options to customers can be a time consuming process. Furthermore, service providers often need detailed information such as customer shoe size and height which needs to be elicited from customers.
Customer forms allow your customers to browse and order services online. To use forms:
- Send your customer a form link via email. (Or add forms to your web site).
- Your customer browses options, selects services, and enters details such as their shoe size.
- You receive a notification email and an Internal Order Type is created in your RoomBoss account. Note the booking has not been sent to the service provider.
- When ready, you enact the booking with the service provider by changing the Order Type to Request.
As with other Guest Service Inquiries, the booking will be confirmed once the vendor has changed the Order Type to Reservation.
