Benefits of Multi User Accounts
The advantages of providing a different login to each team member:
- Set the level of account access to match a team member’s role. Such as limiting the ability to change rates to those with proper training and authority.
- Record and monitor the activities of team members. For example, know who made a change to a booking and when.
- Turn off access to team members who no longer use the system. Such as when someone goes on maternity leave.
