RoomBoss has an owner reporting module that allows property managers to provide property owners with 24/7 access to their accounts and booking information.
Owner Reporting – Features
Each owner will have their own log in to RoomBoss owner reporting where they can:
- View a breakdown of past reservations and housekeeping activities.
- Examine an indication of future booking revenue and occupancy.
- Access a breakdown of expenses, income and their account balance.
- Download reservation and account data as an Excel spreadsheet.
Owner reporting supports:
- Multiple properties with the same owner
- A single property with multiple owners
- Custom accounting codes to define income and expense categories.
- Adding entries for income and expense to a single unit, or en masse to multiple units.
Owner Reporting – Setup And Use
To use the owner reporting module:
- You will need to contact RoomBoss to have the owner reporting module switched on and provide us with your custom account entry codes. See Custom Account Entry Codes.
- All property owners that require access will need to be added to RoomBoss. See Adding Property Owners To RoomBoss.
- Day to day account entries will need to be made to owner accounts. See Owner Accounting – Entry And Statements.
- You can also make account entries to multiple accounts at the same time. See Owner Accounting – Mass Entry.
